Use the removal link on the listing, or write to the address above. We act within 30 days and we do not ask why. Removal is free and it is not conditional on anything.
My company is listed and something is wrong
Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it. Correcting a factual error costs nothing and does not require you to claim the listing.
How do I claim my listing?
Claiming is free. It needs an email address at your company's own domain, because that is the only check that means anything. Once claimed you can edit your description, add a logo, and see how the listing is performing.
Does paying change what you wrote about us?
No, and that is a rule rather than a policy we might revisit. Paying moves your position on a page. It never edits your record, and every paid position is labelled as paid. The full ordering rules are on the "How we rank" page.
How do I cancel?
From your own billing page, at any time, without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the period you have already used.
Do you take a share of what a client pays us?
No. Placement is a flat monthly fee and nothing is linked to what a lead is worth to you. For the legal category this is also a legal requirement: Portuguese bar rules prohibit lawyers from sharing fees with non-lawyers.
I am a founder, not a business. Can you help me with my visa?
No, and not because we are being unhelpful. Advice about your particular situation is reserved to licensed professionals in Portugal. What we can do is describe how each public route works. And point you at the government's own list of approved sponsors.
